Met onze browser plugin heb je, terwijl je op Linkedin werkt, een automatische verbinding met je ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Met de NIXZ Plugin hoef je Linkedin niet te verlaten om je ATS bij te werken. Updaten en bijwerken van profielen kan met 1 druk op de knop. Door deze efficientie en tijdsbesparing wordt je ATS sneller en beter bijgewerkt. Hierdoor staan er meer profielen met hogere nauwkeurigheid in je ATS. Hoe het werkt De NIXZ Plugin is een browser plug-in, waarmee je de informatie uit een profiel kan synchroniseren met je ATS. Wanneer je op een LinkedIn (of Xing) profiel staat, zie je dat de plug-in opent aan de zijkant van je scherm. Met de NIXZ Plugin kan je: zien of kandidaten in je ATS staan kandidaten met je ATS synchroniseren kandidaten aan vacature(s) koppelen kandidaat(profiel)gegevens bewerken Via de instellingen zorg je voor optimaal gebruiksgemak. Kandidaten met je ATS synchroniseren De synchronisatie-opties van de plugin verschillen, je krijgt verschillende opties als de kandidaat al in je ATS staat of wanneer een kandidaat niet in jouw ATS staat (nieuw profiel). Nieuw profiel synchroniseren Wanneer je een profiel bekijkt dat nog niet in je ATS staat, zal de plugin je de optie geven om het profiel te synchroniseren. Je krijgt deze optie ook wanneer het profiel nog niet is gelinkt aan de juiste persoon in je ATS. Als er profielen met vergelijkbare namen in je ATS staan geeft de plugin een lijst van potentiële matches van kandidaten in je ATS. Profiel staat al in ATS Klik op de foto om direct naar het kandidaatprofiel in je ATS te gaan. Gebruik de "update" knop naast de naam in de plugin. Door hierop te drukken kun je de kandidaat informatie (inclusief werkervaring) updaten in je ATS. Met de twee tabjes in de plugin kun je informatie bewerken van: gekoppelde vacature(s): Je vindt de lijst van vacatures waar de kandidaat aan gelinkt is wanneer je op het vacature tabje (het koffertje) klikt. Klik op de gewenste vacature van de lijst. Hier kun je de aanvraagstatus(en) of notities bewerken (opties zijn afhankelijk van de ATS die je gebruikt). Klik vervolgens onderaan op de knop ‘Opslaan’. kandidaatgegevens: Open het profielkaart tabje om de algemene informatie van de kandidaat (in je ATS) te zien en bewerken. Bewerk de informatie (deze bewerkingen worden dan automatisch gesynchroniseerd met je ATS). Klik vervolgens onderaan op de knop ‘Opslaan’. Kandidaat linken aan een vacature Om een kandidaat te linken aan een vacature, selecteer je op het eerste tabje (het koffer-symbool) in de plugin balk de vacature waaraan je de kandidaat wilt koppelen. Bij sommige ATS'en moet je de eerste drie letters van een vacature in het zoekvak typen. Wanneer je een vacature selecteert, kun je eventueel additionele informatie invoeren. Dit is afhankelijk van het ATS en kunnen bijvoorbeeld aanvraagstatus(en) of notities zijn. Klik vervolgens onderaan op de knop ‘Opslaan’. Kandidaatprofiel bewerken Open het profielkaart tabje om de algemene informatie van de kandidaat (in je ATS) te zien en bewerken. Bewerk de informatie (deze bewerkingen worden dan automatisch gesynchroniseerd met je ATS). With the NIXZ Plugin, you can stay in LinkedIn to update your ATS . Updating and editing profiles can be done with just one click. This efficiency and time-saving feature will help you update your ATS faster and more effectively. As a result, your ATS will contain more profiles with higher accuracy. How It Works: The NIXZ Plugin is a browser extension that allows you to synchronize information from a profile with your ATS. When you're on a LinkedIn (or Xing) profile, you'll see the plugin open on the side of your screen. With the NIXZ Plugin, you can: Check if candidates are in your ATS. Synchronize candidates with your ATS. Link candidates to job vacancy(s). Edit candidate(profile) information. You can customize settings for optimal usability. Synchronizing Candidates with Your ATS: The synchronization options of the plugin vary. You'll get different options when a candidate is already in your ATS or when a candidate is not in your ATS (new profile). Synchronizing a New Profile: If you're viewing a profile that's not yet in your ATS, the plugin will give you the option to synchronize the profile. You'll also get this option if the profile is not yet linked to the correct person in your ATS. If there are profiles with similar names in your ATS, the plugin will provide a list of potential matches of candidates in your ATS. Edit Existing profile: Click on the photo to go directly to the candidate profile in your ATS. Use the "update" button next to the name in the plugin. By clicking on this, you can update candidate information (including work experience) in your ATS. With the two tabs in the plugin, you can edit information for: Linked job vacancy(s): You'll find the list of vacancies the candidate is linked to when you click on the vacancy tab (the briefcase icon). Click on the desired vacancy from the list. Here, you can edit application status(es) or notes (options depend on the ATS you're using). Then, click the 'Save' button at the bottom. Candidate details: Open the profile card tab to see and edit the general information of the candidate (in your ATS). Edit the information (these edits will automatically synchronize with your ATS). Then, click the 'Save' button at the bottom. Linking a Candidate to a Vacancy: To link a candidate to a vacancy, select the vacancy you want to link the candidate to in the first tab (the briefcase symbol) on the plugin toolbar. For some ATS systems, you may need to type the first three letters of a vacancy in the search box. When you select a vacancy, you can enter additional information if needed. This depends on the ATS and can include application status(es) or notes, for example. Then, click the 'Save' button at the bottom. Editing Candidate Profile: Open the profile card tab to see and edit the general information of the candidate (in your ATS). Edit the information (these edits will automatically synchronize with your ATS). Then, click the 'Save' button at the bottom.
